The engine AGCO Power CORE80, for the new generation of tractors Fendt 800 Vario, received the prestigious «Diesel of the Year 2026», awarded by the trade magazine Powertrain International.

A powerful engine designed for efficiency

The engine CORE80 is an engine 8-litre six-cylinder, designed to deliver high performance while optimizing fuel consumption. It is capable of producing significant power while operating at relatively low engine speed, a key feature of the Fendt iD.

Thanks to this concept, the engine operates mainly in the rpm range between 1,100 and 1,400 rpm, This reduces fuel consumption and component wear, while ensuring constant power for demanding jobs.

On the top-of-the-range model Fendt 832 Vario, the motor can reach a maximum torque of around 1680 Nm from 1200 rpm, This ensures excellent traction and rapid response in field and transport operations.

Technology developed for modern agricultural machinery

The CORE80 motor has been designed to integrate perfectly with the advanced technologies found on the Fendt 800 Vario.

Innovations associated with this tractor range include :

• intelligent transmission VarioDrive,

Organized to thank customers and partners, the evening also had an important community mission. In addition to promoting exchanges in a convivial atmosphere, the event aimed to support two essential local organizations: Moisson Beauce and Les Frigos Pleins.

Thanks to the generosity of participants, nearly 1,500 pounds of food were collected, in addition to several thousand dollars in donations. These contributions will have a concrete impact on food-insecure families and individuals.

Some fifteen suppliers were also present for the occasion. Their participation helped to make the evening a true moment of networking and recognition, strengthening ties between producers, partners and members of the community.

You can't talk about Massey Ferguson without mentioning the fabulous Ski Whiz!
The designers of the Ski Whiz MF turned the engine 180 degrees so that the carburetor faced the front. This provided a better supply of fresh air for more power?

Its low center of gravity offered greater stability than the competition. Skis and track could be adjusted according to road and conditions.

Up to 3 people could be accommodated on the long, soft and comfortable bench seat. Not to mention the hood, which tilts forward or can be completely removed for maintenance, and the large-capacity fuel tank, located at the rear of the vehicle for added safety.

A new generation for the Fendt 700 tractor: Gen 7

Available from 203 to 303 HP, the new Fendt Gen7 tractor leaves nothing to chance. Everything has been thought through, right down to the smallest detail.

On August 25, AGCO unveiled the all-new Fendt Gen7 tractor. 5 new models; 720-722-724-726-728, are positioned between the 700 Gen6 and the 800 series. A more powerful tractor, with the convenience and versatility of the 700 Gen6 series.

The 7.5-litre AGCO Power engine has been developed specifically for the Fendt 700 Vario Gen7. Thanks to the Fendt iD low-speed concept, the highest torque is obtained at low engine speed. In other words, the engine speed is only 1700 rpm, which means that fuel consumption is always kept to a minimum. The new VarioDrive TA190 transmission is inspired by the 900 and 1000 series.

With a turning radius of just 10.0 m on 540/65 R30 tires, the Fendt 700 Vario Gen7 is extremely maneuverable. Even with 600/70 R30 tires, the turning radius is only 11.8 m, which is exceptional in the 300 hp class!

It's not only on cars that we can have cameras, but also on the new 700 Gen7. With their high-resolution image quality, the hood and rear cameras guarantee maximum safety and a good view of the front and rear fastening areas.

The Fendt 700 Vario Gen7 sets new standards in driving dynamics. The powerful 303 hp engine translates into a power-to-weight ratio of 30.5 kg/hp. If you wish, the VarioDrive powertrain accelerates the Fendt 700 Vario up to 60 km/h (726 and 728). This allows you to master transport tasks that require agility, speed and high payloads effortlessly and in a fuel-efficient way.

Comfort hasn't been neglected on board the new 700 Gen7 either. As an option, you'll find a seat with electric adjustments, allowing you to memorize user profiles, and even get a massage on those long days in the field! It features lumbar adjustments and a massage mode. The mirrors are also electric.
