DRIVEGUARD CUTTERBAR PROTECTION SYSTEM
Our exclusive driveGUARD cutterbar protection system prevents damage to internal cutterbar components. If the mower hits a rock or an obstacle, the shear disc shears off, leaving the mower disc in place. This prevents it from «flying off» when the secure attachment system is released. Replacing the shear disc is easy, and takes just a few minutes in the field.
CONDITIONER WITH REMOVABLE TEETH
It's incomparable. Our unique spiral design gently conditions and aerates the crop for faster drying. It only takes a few minutes to put on or take off (optional on DM255-P and DM306-P).
ROLLER CONDITIONER
The rubber rollers crush the hard stems, sparing the nutrient-rich leaves. Depending on crop conditions, the adjustable pressure of the rubber rollers improves quality and reduces drying time. The conditioning rollers can be removed (optional on DM255-P).
AN ANGULAR, COMPACT, MODULAR CUTTERBAR
This slim, lightweight, compact, modular, shaft-driven cutterbar features a double-bevel gear design. As a result, the mower operates at a reduced angle. This reduces noise, improves cut quality, optimizes efficiency and extends bar life.
