Please allow 2-5 business days for online orders to be processed. Once your order has been processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a tracking number. Items will be delivered within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery address and availability. Additional delivery times and costs may apply in remote areas, such as the Far North, Yukon, Nunavut and Labrador. If an item ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. Orders are delivered to the address you provide and no signature is required, unless you request one at the time of ordering. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery anywhere in Canada is free. Shipping charges depend on the weight and quantity of items ordered. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time by SA Service Agricole.
We make every effort to provide you with quality service, however SA Service Agricole cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control that may affect delivery times, such as service interruptions or severe weather conditions.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any item purchased from SA Service Agricole within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice. All returned items must be in new condition, i.e. with tags, unworn, unwashed and unused. Any product that is damaged or shows signs of wear will not be exchanged or refunded.
When returning merchandise, please retain proof of shipment from your carrier. SA Service Agricole cannot be held responsible for returns of goods not received or damaged in transit.
For exchanges and refunds, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our branch. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the shipping costs according to your method of payment. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
*Items on clearance are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
The customer must contact SA Service Agricole's customer service department by e-mail at : [email protected] and provide us with the completed returns form. We will do our best to respond to your request within 1-2 working days. Depending on the time of year, this may take longer. You will find the return or exchange form at the bottom of this document.
Please package and seal your return shipment securely. SA Service Agricole will only accept prepaid returns. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
