POWERFUL, EFFICIENT MOTOR
Power for the Massey Ferguson 9S tractor comes from the reliable AGCO Power 6-cylinder 8.4-litre engine. This uses a simplified system incorporating the renowned All-In-One system to comply with stringent Stage V emissions regulations.
RESERVOIR CAPACITY TO KEEP YOU
A 660-liter fuel tank and a 68-liter AdBlue tank contain more than enough fuel to get you through long working days without the need for refills, increasing convenience and reducing downtime.
MAXIMUM POWER WITH BOOST
Maximum power is now achieved at just 1,850 rpm, saving fuel while reducing noise and wear. Engine Power Management (EPM) increases power by up to 30 hp and generates up to 150 Nm of additional torque.

Standard 540 Eco /1,000, with option 1,000/1,000 Eco. Speeds are achieved at low engine speeds, to improve fuel economy and help reduce noise levels in the cab.
AUTOMATIC MODE
Automatic mode allows operators to use the Multipad lever or foot pedal to change forward speed. It automatically sets the optimum engine speed according to load and speed, ensuring smooth operation and fuel savings.
POWER CONTROL LEVER
The unique MF Power Control lever offers simple, three-in-one operation. You leave your right hand free to operate the hydraulic system of any tool.
FINGERTIP MULTIPAD LEVER CONTROL
The Multipad lever controls the transmission as well as cruise control, rear hitch, PTO and headland management. Operation is further enhanced by an integrated micro-joystick that controls the spool valves.
