SA Service Agricole de Beauce invests in the construction of a new building

It's a great day for the Lafaille family and our partner David Picard. It's also a great day for our employees, customers and business partners, especially AGCO, manufacturer of tractors and agricultural equipment Fendt and Massey Ferguson.

We are pleased to announce a multi-million dollar investment in the construction of a new new 40,000-sq.ft. building at 1160 rue 2 du Parc-Industriel in Sainte-Marie, just off Highway 73. It will replace the existing garage at 2354 Route du Président Kennedy Sud, in Sainte-Marie. Construction will run from mid-May to November 2021. The move is scheduled for late 2021.

Expansion made necessary

Since we became owners in 2015, SA Service Agricole de Beauce has had a annual growth average sales of 54%. To support this growth, we have had to resort to renting external premises.

From 21 employees in 2015, we now have 35. The additional space will enable us to add the extra manpower needed in several departments.

The new building will be built around a «customer experience» concept. This will enable us to consolidate all our operations under one roof, be more efficient and offer superior customer service.
