    Always in the right position

    With TerraControl™ table guidance, you have perfect control over even the widest tools. TerraControl™ guides the tool fully automatically at the perfect distance and inclination to the ground, in combination with various functions you can use to achieve the best results. This includes working height adjustment, reset, ground pressure, various preselectable cutting heights, reverse lift, roller speed, positioning and headland management - all fully automatically.

    Fendt Autodock™ grain elevator

    Short set-up times mean more time for harvesting. The Fendt Autodock™ system automatically attaches the implement in less than 5 seconds, setting new standards in ease of use. You don't even need to leave the driver's seat. Once the tool has been added, 4 hydraulic cylinders complete the connection. A hydraulic cylinder located in the middle of the grain elevator chassis mechanically locks the attachment. At the same time, two fittings spread out to connect the PTO drives. Autodock™ connects the multi-connector separately to the attachment and the machine. Equipping your combine with Autodock translates into considerable time savings, and as we know, time is money. Let's take the example of harvesting 40 fields: that's the equivalent of at least 80 connections a year. With Autodock, you save around 10 minutes per connection. Over the course of a year, this represents a reduction of almost a full week in your harvesting schedule, streamlining your operations and increasing your efficiency.

    Dust extraction on the grain elevator

    The dust extraction system sucks up the dust generated during threshing and discharges it to the side of the machine. This gives the operator better visibility. The dust extraction system can be easily adjusted via the terminal in the cab.

    The Helix processor

    What sets the Fendt IDEAL apart from other combines is its excellent Single or Dual Helix processor. The Helix processor concept meets market requirements such as maximum output, best grain quality and low energy consumption, while guaranteeing optimum straw quality.

    The Helix processor: simply unique

    All rotor components, such as rasp bars and rotor teeth, are arranged in four rows like a propeller. The front part of the rotors consists of 4 rasp bars installed lengthwise, which loosen the grain from the cobs. The concave bars underneath are available in a range of models to ensure the best results in all applications. They can be replaced quickly and easily from the side, depending on the application. Gaps between concaves are hydraulically adjusted up to a maximum of 1 3/8". The rotor tines are tilted backwards by 20°, dividing the crop into helical sections and moving it reliably and smoothly around the rotor. This prevents unexpected load peaks on the rotor, and there are no edges for the product to stick to.

    RotorFeeder feed drum

    The 23 5/8" RotorFeeder feed drum feeds the crop from below to the rotors, guaranteeing the best threshing results. RotorFeeder speed is automatically controlled in proportion to rotor speed, always within 70 % of rotor speed. As the speed is adjusted to best match the rotor speed and the large transfer area, the straw remains intact. The RotorFeeder also consumes much less energy during this process. A constant crop flow is guaranteed by optimal transfer.

    Gentle power supply, low energy consumption

    The height of each rotor tooth is 5 1/2 inches. The grain is perfectly separated without damaging the product too much in a confined space. The result is high-quality straw and optimal threshing at low power. The threshing system is also distinguished by its simple configuration. All the operator has to do is change the rotor speed range and concave clearance.

     

    Additional performance concept: Fendt DynamicPerformance

    In contrast to conventional power boosting concepts, Fendt DynamicPerformance automatically provides the necessary power without limitation when secondary consumers such as fans, compressed air supply, air conditioning or hydraulic pump require additional power. Fendt DP delivers this power in a targeted, situation-specific way, guaranteeing consistent performance and productivity, whatever the application: at low speeds when working the soil, during transport, or when working with a stationary PTO on a wood chipper. So you can use more power efficiently, purposefully and reliably.

    Cooling concept: Concentric Air System (CAS) with pressurized fan

    Like its predecessor, the fourth generation of the Fendt 1000 Vario Gen4 features the proven Concentric Air System (CAS) cooling concept. Thanks to its extremely narrow, compact design, it enables a high steering angle, making it a key factor in the Fendt 1000 Vario Gen4's outstanding maneuverability.

    Each cooling system component can individually control the cooling system as required, improving overall efficiency.

    Already proven: the intelligent VarioDrive transmission

    The VarioDrive transmission has been impressing since the first generation of the Fendt 1000 Vario series. It stands for continuous, dynamic driving at any speed between 0.01 and 50 km/h, with independent, variable all-wheel drive up to 24 km/h and a minimal turning radius thanks to the traction steering effect.

    Fendt Torque Distribution provides constant pulling power by intelligently distributing torque to the axle with the best grip. This minimizes slippage, ensuring maximum traction and optimum power transmission.
